A structured, hands-on workshop designed to help startup teams strengthen strategy, remove barriers to growth and provide practical road map to winning execution.

The 3D Scale Workshop runs over one week and gives teams the time and structure to step back, examine their business from multiple angles, and make clearer decisions about what to do next.

It combines facilitated working sessions, practical analysis, and expert perspectives to help start ups and leaders move forward with confidence.

What the workshop covers

How the Company Works

This part of the workshop focuses on how the business operates day to day. We examine business and product strategy, operational processes, systems, and team structure to identify friction that slows execution.

The goal is to surface gaps in alignment, decision-making, and delivery so leadership teams can strengthen the foundations that support sustainable growth.

How the Company Wins in the Market

Here we look at how the company performs in the real market. We review product–market fit signals, positioning, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, sales and marketing effectiveness, and branding.

This helps teams understand what is driving traction, what is not, and where effort and resources should be focused to improve results.

How the Company Stays Ahead

The final part of the workshop looks beyond immediate execution to what’s coming next. We explore technology trends, market shifts, and emerging opportunities that could affect the company’s direction.

This section also includes guest speakers who bring relevant industry perspectives, helping teams think strategically about how to stay resilient and competitive in a changing landscape.

What the week looks like

The 3D Scale Workshop runs over one week, combining structured working sessions, practical analysis, and collaborative discussions.

  • The week begins by zooming out. We explore global trends, emerging technologies, and shifts shaping the future of innovation. Through research insights, case studies, and expert perspectives from academia and industry, teams learn to spot patterns early and understand how broader forces may influence their strategy. This sets the context for the week ahead and encourages future-focused thinking from the start.

  • We shift to a customer-centric lens, focusing on design thinking and product–customer alignment. Teams examine how well their product solves real customer problems, refine their value proposition, and stress-test their messaging. The goal is to ensure that what they are building is deeply aligned with genuine customer needs and clearly articulated.

  • Day three focuses on validating market alignment. We explore customer mindset, positioning, ideal customer profiles (ICP), persona development, and segmentation. Teams clarify who their true customer is, what problem they solve best, and how they stand apart in the market. This helps sharpen focus and reduce wasted effort.

  • We then turn to differentiation and traction. This session covers brand positioning, vision, mission, and competitive advantage, alongside practical growth channels — both organic and paid. Teams refine why customers should choose them, strengthen their messaging, and assess the marketing structures needed to support sustainable growth.

  • The final day converts insight into action. In the morning, teams prioritise decisions, define key initiatives, and build a clear roadmap with defined resource requirements. In the afternoon, we focus on pitch clarity, structuring the story, strengthening narrative flow, and preparing for investor conversations. The aim is to leave with both a strategic plan and the confidence to communicate it effectively.

  • The week concludes with a curated networking event bringing together startup teams, guest speakers, investors, and industry experts. This informal setting encourages meaningful conversations, introductions, and continued dialogue, extending the value of the workshop beyond the structured sessions.

Guest Speakers and Industry Insight

The Future section of the workshop includes guest speakers with relevant industry experience who share real-world perspectives, emerging trends, and insights drawn from their work as operators, investors, and experts. These sessions are designed to help teams step back from day-to-day execution, broaden their perspective, and prepare more confidently for what lies ahead.

Networking and Closing Event

At the end of the week, we host a closing networking event that brings together startup teams, guest speakers, investors, and industry experts. This informal gathering creates space for meaningful conversations, introductions, and relationship building, allowing teams to continue discussions sparked during the workshop and extend the value of the experience beyond the sessions themselves.
