Anastasiya Kizima
Anastasiya Kizima is a strategic advisor specialising in innovation ecosystems, fintech, and international development. She is an Associate Fellow and Lecturer in FinTech & Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where she works closely with entrepreneurs, global innovation hubs, and emerging market leaders to strengthen strategy, governance, and transformation capabilities.
Anastasiya brings over a decade of experience across financial services and innovation. At Barclays, she led global fintech ecosystem partnerships and previously headed Rise London, Barclays’ flagship fintech hub, helping build and connect startup, investor, and corporate innovation communities. Her work spans the UK, Europe, and international markets, with a strong focus on enabling sustainable growth within complex regulatory and financial environments.
At Foundery3, Anastasiya brings deep expertise in ecosystem building, leadership alignment, and innovation strategy, helping startups and scale-ups strengthen internal capability while positioning themselves within broader global markets.
Jana Straiton
Jana Straiton is a strategist and founder with extensive experience in the startup and scale-up space across the UK, Europe, and the United States. She began her career at global technology leaders PayPal and Adobe, where she developed deep expertise in commercial strategy, growth, and operating within high-performance, international environments.
Today, Jana works closely with startups and scale-ups through her branding and marketing agency, Renegade, supporting leadership teams across the UK, Europe, and the US to clarify positioning, strengthen go-to-market strategy, and build the foundations required for sustainable growth. Her work spans fintech, SaaS, AI, and emerging technology sectors, helping companies move from early traction to scalable execution.

Nir is a University of Oxford professor and a Fellow of Worcester College. He has conducted years of extensive research with a focus on FinTech, Financial Decision Making and Gender in Finance. Nir comes originally from a technical, computing background and is now also a successful serial Entrepreneur within the FinTech and Algo-Trading space.
