She is an Associate Fellow and Lecturer in FinTech & Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where she works closely with entrepreneurs, global innovation hubs, and emerging market leaders to strengthen strategy, governance, and transformation capabilities.
Anastasiya brings over a decade of experience across financial services and innovation. At Barclays, she led global fintech ecosystem partnerships and previously headed Rise London, Barclays’ flagship fintech hub, helping build and connect startup, investor, and corporate innovation communities. Her work spans the UK, Europe, and international markets, with a strong focus on enabling sustainable growth within complex regulatory and financial environments.

Jana Straiton
Jana Straiton is a strategist and founder with extensive experience in the startup and scale-up space across the UK, Europe, and the United States. She began her career at global technology leaders PayPal and Adobe, where she developed deep expertise in commercial strategy, growth, and operating within high-performance, international environments.
Today, Jana works closely with startups and scale-ups through her branding and marketing agency, Renegade, supporting leadership teams across the UK, Europe, and the US to clarify positioning, strengthen go-to-market strategy, and build the foundations required for sustainable growth. Her work spans fintech, SaaS, AI, and emerging technology sectors, helping companies move from early traction to scalable execution.
