The accelerator for women-led businesses building in agentic AI.
Spend eight weeks in London building the business, then pitch it to a room of investors, corporates and media. Cohort starts 5 October 2026.
Why women in agentic AI
Agentic AI is the fastest-moving category in technology, and it has almost no dedicated female-founder pipeline. That gap is the reason Foundry3 exists.
Less than 2% of venture funding goes to female founding teams. That number has barely moved in a decade, despite the returns being there.
Under 2% funding
The Agentic AI category is still open
Agentic AI is changing how software gets built and bought, and the companies that will lead it are being chosen right now — not in three years.
There's no dedicated accelerator for female founders in agentic AI. This is the first. Which means the founders who move now aren't competing for space in an established category. They're deciding what it looks like.

The programme
We built this the way we built programmes at Barclays, Oxford Saïd and Rise London — validation first, investor readiness last, nothing skipped in between.
-
Demand, market dynamics, positioning and viability. Whether the thing you're building is the thing the market wants.
-
Acquisition, go-to-market and repeatable traction. Moving from early customers to a motion that works twice.
-
Operations, governance and execution frameworks. What breaks at 10x, fixed before it does.
-
Narrative, fundraising strategy and pitch materials. The story, the numbers, and the room.
-
You pitch to investors, partners, corporates and media with warm introductions rather than a cold list.
